Illinois RTC Tournament
Tournament Information
- Eligibility: Open to all youth and high school wrestlers with blocked weights.
- Cost: $50 per wrestler (USA Wrestling card required); $75 for clinic and tournament.
- Coaches & Guests: Coaches must display a USA Wrestling coaches card; $10 guest entrance fee.
- Elite Technique Clinic: Held the night before, designed to refine advanced techniques while preserving your energy for the tournament.

Saturday, October 4, 2025 (Elite Technique Clinic & Weigh-Ins)
- Venue: Huff Hall, 1206 S. 4th St. Champaign, IL 61820
- 4:00 PM: Doors Open
- 4:30 PM: Scales open for First Weigh-In option (K-8 and HS)
- 5:00 PM: Elite Technique Clinic Starts (designed to refine advanced techniques while preserving your energy for the tournament)
- 7:00 PM: Clinic Ends and Scale closes
Sunday, October 5, 2025 (Tournament & Weigh-Ins)
- Venue: State Farm Center, 1800 S. 1st St. Champaign, IL 61820
- 8:30 AM: Doors open for wrestlers and public
- 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM: Second Weigh-In option (K-8 and HS)
- 9:15 AM: Coaches meeting
- 9:30 AM: Begin Wrestling for Morning Session K-8
- 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Third Weigh-In option (HS only)
- 12:00 PM: Begin Wrestling for Second Session HS
- 2:30 PM: HS Wrestling Session concludes
Open to wrestlers from any state, this tournament gives wrestlers a rare chance to compete in the iconic State Farm Center. For most, it’s where you compete once per year. For the first time you can now wrestle in this arena twice in a season, gaining experience and confidence before the moment that matters most.
